Billing for internet services: 1) Automatic Credit card billing is preferred Billings are made the week before the start of the new month 2) Alternative billings are charged an additional $10/month billing charge. The CISCO-Futures disconnection policy: Your account will be disconnected:
Termination of Services by Customer Notification of CISCO by voice or email, etc. CISCO will respond with termination information for customer's files CISCO response completes the termination process (proof of termination) Non-use of customer account does not cause termination Monthly subscriptions require 30 day notice of cancellation. Termination for Non-Payment Payment for services must be in advance Customer is responsible for notifying CISCO of credit card changes In no case will an account remain open if arrears exceed 30 days Reconnect charge is $10 plus arrears HomeStudy Course Procedures End of month billing is made for the next Lesson to follow The customer must contact CISCO for the next Lesson password Lesson passwords are good for 1 year from the Lesson date Best Efforts, No Warranty CISCO shall use its best efforts to keep its computer systems and communication links operative but is not responsible for any consequences due to any service outages. Historical tick data is reported in the format received by CISCO from the ticker engine. Errors and omissions in data purchased must be reported within 45 days of receipt for credit. Missing data is credited on a pro-rata basis. CISCO does not warrant the accuracy or completness of the data on its systems or the programs for processing the data.
