Billing for internet services:
1) Automatic Credit card billing is preferred
Billings are made the week before the start of the new month
2) Alternative billings are charged an additional $20/month billing charge

-- anytime the account goes into arrears
-- if a credit card on file for auto-charging cannot be charged/has
expired;
-- if the account is non-autocharging and the customer fails to renew
before the last US business day of each month.

Mentoring
The question of mentoring arises, both during a CISCO course and after.
During the course, the trainee has access to CISCO personnel for fifteen
minutes per week, or about an hour per month. In fact, this amount of
time alone equals the cost of the course ($120 per month). For some, this
is adequate, others need more time, which is available at $240 per hour.
After the course it can be helpful to many to be mentored as their
trading gets underway. CISCO does not currently offer such a program.
Many firms do offer mentoring, but there are very, very few that are
qualified in Market/Meta profile guidance.
One such firm known to CISCO is Alexander Trading LLC. Tom Alexander is
a market veteran of 20 years. He has a background in trading and auction market
analysis. Tom's firm offers seminars, one-on-one mentoring and other
services for traders. We know Mr. Alexander primarily from his reputation.
He and his firm can be your starting point in seeking mentoring.
CISCO is permitting Mr. Alexander to use CISCO copyrighted material
particularly, CISCO course information, in his mentoring; with the
proviso that the source of any such material so used be disclosed.

Value Analytics Background
As we see it at CISCO the major problem in training for a profile based trader is
lack of a study base. CBOT Market Profile Manual, 1991 has over 100 examples.
Each of those end up being analyzed on it's specifics, but tends to leave the
student with the question 'what do I do with the next one, what general principles
did I learn?'.
Tutorial Value Analytics is designed to give the student many shots at handling
the same day. One starts into a day with the knowledge that the market as of the
previous close is balancing (on 5 and 10 day time frames). You pick a time
frame, say 5 days, and post the upper and lower balance limits on a worksheet.
Now you know the resistance and support prices. You know that price above the
upper balance limit is an alert for a breakout, start of a trend. Likewise for
the lower limit. If you want to responsive trade inside the balance you can
set some other action points like the middle of the balance and
from the middle to say halfway to the upper limit and half way to the
lower limit. You can easily make a set-up to trade this market using
the action points on your sheet. This is your basic framework for trading.
The Value Analytics 'Report Table' gave you the balances you just used. The
rest of the table lists about 30 reference points, each for the last three
trading days. You can see how the value-area is changing, its flow with time.
And likewise for the rest of the reference points. By posting the flow of
the reference points you want to use (yes, you will develop favorites) you
now know if the market is heating up, cooling down, moving directionally,
facilitating trade better, etc., etc.
Now that you have your set-up you can use the Historical Cmaps to get the
profile as it develops, just as you would do in real time.
How good was your analysis? Could you have done better? Well, go on to the
next day and see if you can improve. And so on. You can come back to each
day and hone your understanding and technique. What you are doing is
teaching yourself how to deal with varied market situations. It is called
an apprenticeship.

Customers can draw upon this expertise in the following way. First determine if
CISCO has expertise in your problem area. If so, you may initially discuss the problem
for the first fifteen minutes at no charge. We have a large amount of research on
our site (in the References pages and each trading tool has a Background report). We
will direct you to that information at no charge. If you require mentoring or other
services, you will be billed at $240 per hour in fifteen minute blocks of $60.
Billing for non-customers must be either prepaid or via credit card. Regular
CISCO customers are billed on the next monthly cycle.
