CISCO does not normally charge a sign-up or termination fee
30 day notice of termination is required

Billing for internet services: 1) Automatic Credit card billing is preferred Billings are made the week before the start of the new month 2) Alternative billings are charged an additional $10/month billing charge The CISCO-Futures disconnection policy. Your account will be disconnected: -- anytime the account goes into arrears -- if a credit card on file for auto-charging cannot be charged/has expired; -- if the account is non-autocharging and the customer fails to renew before the last US business day of each month. The reconnection fee is $10. 3) Rebilling a declined credit card $10 per failed attempt Volume Data Discount All discounts are discontinued as of March 31, 2007 Discount Percentage = 100 x (Price - $500)/500 x 0.05 (max 40%) (No discount on exchange fees) Termination of Services by Customer Notification of CISCO by voice or email, etc. CISCO will respond with termination information for customer's files CISCO response completes the termination process (proof of termination) Non-use of customer account does not cause termination Monthly subscriptions require 30 day notice of cancellation.
